Today, I noticed that a number of my stock charts had {Delay 15} at the top opf the chart. Does that mean the prices are delayed, and if so, why?

That is the indicator you see when a symbol is delayed. What symbol were you looking at, and are you subscribed to real-time data for that exchange? You can verify your account services under the Account Maintenance link in the QCharts Help menu.
